Voters to decide on bond, representatives
Having said that, I think people are overreacting over a stupid ad. First of all, I think people have already made up their minds how to vote, and a stupid ad is not going to change their mind. Second of all, TV stations, radios and newspapers endorse all the time, and the Times has already gone on record saying they are not endorsing the bond. The Times has done extensive coverage on this bond, and one of the reasons I voted no was because I was educated from the coverage (and the letters to the editor they printed) for and against the bond. I don't see anyone else volunteering to pay for the space or pay more for the space, although I would also think it would be first come first serve.
