The course utilizes an ERA Franchise course instructor, interactive video and print materials, as well as role playing for one-on-one skill development.
While the initial AccelERAtion course is geared toward new ERA Agents , the newly revised course drew both new and experienced Agents who wanted to increase productivity, refresh their knowledge and skills, and spark their creative energy.
